No sign-up and no passwords: you sign in on the Steam website.
- 02

- 03
Choose your alerts
Telegram, Discord or the browser — you decide where alarms go.
Questions and answers
›Is it safe for my Steam account?
Yes. You sign in on the Steam website, so we never see or store your password.
›Does Codelock interfere with the game?
No. Codelock only uses Rust+, the official Facepunch companion — the same one the mobile app uses.
›How do I get Rust+ alerts in Telegram?
Connect Telegram on the Notifications page: the bot sends Smart Alarm raids, teammate deaths and logins with the map grid square and control buttons.
›Do I need to keep the game or my phone on?
No. Codelock keeps the Rust+ connection on our server, so alerts arrive even when the game and your phone are off.
›Is there a Discord bot?
Yes. Alerts arrive in direct messages or in your team’s channel on your Discord server.
›Does it work on any server?
On any server with Rust+ enabled. Official servers and most popular community servers support it.
›What do you store about me?
Only what it needs to work: SteamID, nickname, email (if you add one) and settings. You can download or delete your data any time on the account page.
